Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at www.idformulas.com and is issued by IDI SKINCARE LTD. t/a ID FORMULAS

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and other select holidays. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 15:00 IST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 IST will ship the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partners. Delivery estimates are as follows:

While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur, particularly during busy periods. If your tracking shows a delay, please allow a little extra time for delivery. If your order appears significantly delayed or tracking has not updated, our Customer Service Team (info@idformulas.com) is always happy to assist. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

Shipping Charges

The total price for your order (including all delivery charges) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you make your payment.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will contain your tracking number if you have selected a tracked service.

14-day Cooling-off Period

If you change your mind about your online purchase of one of our products, you have a legal right to change your mind, but (i) you must let us know of this change of mind by no later than 14 days from the date on which you have received the product and (ii) you must return the product to us by no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your change of mind. The product must also be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and generally in an “as new” condition. The cost of returning the product will be borne by you. PLEASE NOTE, however, that in circumstances where you have entered into a Subscription Agreement with us under our Subscription programme, the above-referred cooling-off period entitlement only applies to your entry into that Subscription Agreement, and it does not apply to each delivery of products subsequently made to you pursuant to that Subscription Agreement.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All products will be delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid - Incoterms® 2020) to the address specified by you. We will be responsible for all costs, including shipping, insurance, import duties, VAT, and customs formalities. Risk of loss will pass to you once the product has arrived to your designated delivery address.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the products until they are delivered to you. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@idformulas.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged items in order to make a claim.
